By accessing this app, accessible from https://t.me/memo_card_bot/app and https://app.memocard.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with applicable laws. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you may not access or use MemoCard. The materials contained in MemoCard are protected by copyright and trademark law.
MemoCard is a digital service for creating, organizing, and studying flashcards using spaced repetition. The service is available through Telegram, the MemoCard web app, and connected clients such as ChatGPT.
MemoCard offers free features and paid plans. Paid plans provide the features and usage limits displayed in the app. The selected plan, its features, price, currency, billing period, payment method, and whether the payment is one-time or recurring are shown before you confirm a purchase and form part of these Terms.
Paid access is activated after successful payment confirmation and remains available for the purchased billing period, subject to these Terms. Purchasing a plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of the MemoCard software or any MemoCard-owned content.

All the materials on MemoCard Bot are provided "as is". MemoCard Bot makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, MemoCard Bot does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Bot or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Bot.
MemoCard or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on MemoCard Bot, even if MemoCard or an authorize representative of this Bot has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on MemoCard Bot may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MemoCard will not promise that any of the materials in this Bot are accurate, complete, or current. MemoCard may change the materials contained on its Bot at any time without notice. MemoCard does not make any commitment to update the materials.
MemoCard has not reviewed all the sites linked to its Bot and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by MemoCard of the site. The use of any linked Bot is at the user's own risk.
MemoCard may revise these Terms of Use for its Bot at any time without prior notice. By using this Bot, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
All materials available in the MemoCard app catalog, including but not limited to public decks, public folders, and cards, are the intellectual property of MemoCard. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, or creating derivative works of these materials without explicit written permission from MemoCard. Any unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Payments for paid MemoCard plans are processed through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment method details under its own terms and privacy policy. MemoCard does not receive or store your full payment card number.
The amount, currency, billing period, paid features, and payment method are displayed before you confirm the purchase. Paid access is provided after MemoCard receives confirmation that the payment was successful.
If the checkout identifies the purchase as a recurring subscription, it automatically renews for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You may request cancellation before the next renewal by contacting support@memocard.org. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not remove access for a billing period that has already been paid.
If the checkout identifies the purchase as a one-time payment, it does not renew automatically. Access remains available for the period shown before purchase.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after paid access has been activated. You may request a refund if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, paid access was not provided because of a technical error, or the service materially failed to work as described and we could not resolve the issue.
To request a refund, contact support@memocard.org and provide the MemoCard account and transaction details needed to identify the payment. We review refund requests individually. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, and processing times depend on the payment provider. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can investigate the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Any claim related to MemoCard Bot shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
